Delivery areas and timings Q1

We deliver across most neighborhoods within a 12 km radius from our kitchens between 10:00–23:00 daily. Live ETA is shown at checkout based on traffic and kitchen load.

Do you have 100% veg options? Q2

Yes. Our Veg Classics and Vegan Craft series are prepared with separate utensils and color-coded stations. Cheese can be swapped for vegan cheese at no extra cost on select items.

How spicy are your pizzas? Q3

Each pizza has a mild/medium/hot scale. You can request “spice-lite” or “extra heat” and we will adjust chilies and oils accordingly. Families love our Tikka Mild; chiliheads pick Vindaloo Max.

What about gluten-free bases? Q4

We offer certified gluten-free thin crusts baked in dedicated trays. While we follow strict protocols, cross-contact risk is minimized but not zero in a shared kitchen environment.

Can I schedule an order? Q5

Absolutely. Choose a delivery slot up to 48 hours in advance. We’ll prep just-in-time so your pizza arrives hot at the selected minute window.

Payment methods supported Q6

We accept UPI, cards, netbanking, and cash on delivery. Corporate wallets are available for monthly invoicing—message us via the footer to activate.

How are ingredients sourced? Q7

Local farms for produce, Italian-milled flour for the base, and single-origin cheeses. Weekly quality checks ensure consistency and freshness.

How do promos and coupons work? Q8

Apply valid codes at checkout. Most offers cannot be clubbed. Autodiscount campaigns apply the best price automatically when eligible.

Can I customize half-and-half? Q9

Yes, choose different flavors on each half, customize toppings per half, and choose one spice level per side. Pricing is the average of both halves.

Refunds and recourse policy Q10

If your order arrives incorrect or cold, report within 30 minutes. We’ll offer a free replacement or instant refund depending on the case—no hassles.
