1. Eligibility and Account

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Certain features may require creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.

2. Orders, Menu, and Pricing

• Menu availability and prices may vary by location and time. Taxes are displayed at checkout as applicable under GST law.
• We may limit quantities or reject orders to prevent fraud or abuse.
• Order confirmation is issued upon successful payment authorization or valid Cash on Delivery (where offered).

3. Payment and Invoicing

We accept major Indian payment methods including UPI, RuPay/Visa/Mastercard credit and debit cards, net banking, and select wallets. Payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR). You authorize us and our payment partners to charge your chosen method for your order total.

• All payments comply with RBI and NPCI guidelines. For UPI, you consent to mandate collection as required.
• Invoices indicating GST components will be available electronically post-fulfilment.
• In case of payment failures, your order may be automatically cancelled, and any deducted amount will be auto-reversed by your bank typically within 5–7 business days.

4. Delivery and Serviceability

• Estimated delivery windows are typically 30–45 minutes but may vary due to traffic, weather, festival periods, or order surge.
• Deliveries are restricted to serviceable PIN codes. If your location becomes unserviceable post-order, we may cancel with a full refund.
• Contactless delivery is available upon instruction. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details and reachable phone number.
• Risk of loss passes upon delivery to the address or designated pickup location.

5. Cancellations, Refunds, and Returns

• Orders can be cancelled before preparation begins. Once preparation has started, cancellations may not be possible.
• If an order is undelivered or incorrect, contact support within 24 hours with proof (order ID, photographs if applicable) for resolution.
• Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, subject to bank timelines.
• Perishable food items are not eligible for return once delivered, except where required under applicable consumer laws.

6. Acceptable Use

• Do not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with operations.
• Avoid placing fraudulent or speculative orders. Abusive or threatening behaviour towards staff or delivery partners will lead to account restriction.
• Reviews and feedback must be genuine and not defamatory, obscene, or unlawful.

7. Liability and Disclaimers

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• We provide services on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is not permitted under Indian law.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tradeing.pro Pizza, its affiliates, and personnel from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms, misuse of the services, or violation of law or third-party rights.

9. Privacy and Cookies

We use necessary cookies for core functionality and, with your consent, analytics cookies to improve service quality. Your choices can be managed anytime via Cookie Settings. Personal data processing follows applicable Indian data protection norms.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
• Subject to the Arbitration clause below, courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
• Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably within 30 days of notice. Failing which, disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Bengaluru, the proceedings in English, and a sole arbitrator shall be appointed mutually or as per law.

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delay or failure due to events beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, acts of government, network outages, strikes, pandemics, or third-party service failures.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. Updates are effective upon posting. Material changes will be highlighted for a reasonable period. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
